Terms of Use & Refunds

By installing or using Sheet Music Pro (the Android app, the trial edition or the web version) or buying the Pro edition on this website, you agree to these terms. Publisher: Pasolab.

1. Your licence

• We grant you a licence to use the app for personal use or within your own group, band or choir. You are buying the right to use the software, not ownership of it.
• The licence is non-transferable.

2. Pro and trial editions

• Pro edition bought on the web — “lifetime”: pay once, no renewal. You can use the version you bought forever and receive every 1.x update. The download link is emailed to you, expires after 7 days and works up to 5 times — keep the installer file safe.
• The trial edition is free with limits: a 10-piece library, 1 setlist, 20-second playback, and some features locked (for example MIDI import, note editing, the Mixer, microphone practice and band sync).
• The price and promotion shown when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.

3. Music you add to the app

• The app is a tool for reading and practising music; it does not supply sheet music. You are responsible for the copyright of every file you import, store, share in a band room or export.
• Only use music you own, are licensed to use, or that is in the public domain.

4. What you may not do

• Reverse engineer, crack, remove or bypass the app’s feature locks.
• Redistribute, resell or publicly share the Pro APK or its download link.
• Use the app to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

Breaking these rules may end your licence without a refund.

5. Refunds

Bought on this website

• Please try the free trial edition first to make sure the app suits your device and needs.
• If the Pro edition has a fault that makes it unusable on your device and we cannot fix it, we refund you within 7 days of purchase.
• To ask for a refund, email hotro@pasolab.app with your order code (SMPxxxxxx), your device model and a description of the problem.

Bought through Google Play

• Google Play’s refund policy applies. Within the first 48 hours you can request a refund directly from Google; after that, contact us.
• Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

6. “As is” and limitation of liability

• The app is provided “as is”. We work to fix bugs and improve it, but we do not promise it will be error-free or work on every device.
• Back up your library regularly with a .scorepack file; your data lives on your device, so we cannot restore it for you.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

7. Privacy

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be settled by negotiation; failing that, in accordance with Vietnamese law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms and will update the effective date at the bottom of the page. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new version.
