Delete your data — Sheet Music Pro by Pasolab

The Sheet Music Pro app has no accounts and does not send your music library to our servers. Your data therefore comes in two parts: data in the app (you delete it on your device) and order information if you bought the Pro edition on this website (you ask us to delete it).

1. Delete data in the app

Your music library, audio files, notes and drawings, setlists, settings and SoundFonts exist only on your device. Choose one option:

Delete single items: delete pieces or setlists you no longer need inside the app.
Delete everything on Android:

Open Android Settings.
Go to Apps → Sheet Music Pro.
Tap Storage → Clear data.

Uninstalling the app also deletes all of its data on the device.
Web version: clear this website’s site data (cookies and site data) in your browser settings.

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone unless you exported a .scorepack backup. Any backup files you exported must be deleted separately.

2. Request deletion of your order information (web purchases)

Email hotro@pasolab.app with the subject “Delete my data”.
Include your order code (SMPxxxxxx) or the email/phone number you used when buying, so we can find the order.
We may ask you to confirm that you are the buyer, then process the request and reply within 30 days.

You can use the same steps to ask to see or correct your order information.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

Order code, amount, time, status, discount code, bank transfer details	A minimum is kept as sales and accounting records for the period required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law, then deleted
Data in the app (library, notes, settings…)	We do not have it — delete it on your device as in section 1

The website’s server logs (IP address, browser) are managed by the hosting provider and deleted according to its own retention period.
